化學成分chemical composition
(1)按SY/T6194-96規定。套管及其接箍采用同一鋼級。含硫量
<0.045%,含磷量<0.045%;

(2)按GB/T222-84的規定取化學分析樣。按GB223中有關部分的規定進行化學分析;

(3)美國石油學會API SPEC 5CT 1988第1版規定?;瘜W分析按ASTME59最新版本制樣,按ASTME350最新版本進行化學分析。
物理性能

(1)按SY/T6194-96規定。作壓扁試驗(GB246-97)拉力試驗(GB228-2010)及水壓試驗;

(2) Hydrostatic test, flattening test, sulfide stress corrosion cracking test, hardness test (according to the latest version of ASTME18 or E10), tensile test, lateral impact test (according to the American Petroleum Institute APISPEC5CT 1988 first edition) ASTMA370, ASTME23 and the latest version of the relevant standards require), grain size measurement (ASTME112 latest version or other methods).
